Starcraft takes its obligations to safeguard personal information very seriously. Your trust is important to us and therefore we have created a Privacy Policy Statement that guides our practices concerning the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information of our customers, distributors and suppliers.

Do I have to give Starcraft my personal information?
In order for Starcraft to provide its products and services to you, the provision of certain personal information will be required. Personal information would need to be provided to order Starcraft products, to facilitate payments and deliveries, and allow for the administration of any customer account, for example. How does Starcraft receive, store and retain my personal information?
All personal information provided to Starcraft in written form is secured in locked facilities with access limited to those who require it to complete their duties. If you are transmitting information to us electronically, Starcraft has in place electronic safeguards and systems to reasonably protect personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use or disclosure.
How long does Starcraft keep my personal information?
Starcraft keeps your personal information for as long as it is necessary for Starcraft to provide you with Starcraft products and services requested, to allow you to reasonably access such information, and to maintain proper administrative records in line with our then-current business practices and legal requirements, in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that any personal information that is not accessed within a one (1) year period will be archived within the Starcraft system in accordance with Starcraft’s information retention practices. Personal information about a customer that is no longer required by Starcraft to fulfill such purposes is shredded and disposed of in a manner that safeguards its confidentiality.
Will the Starcraft Privacy Policy Statement change?
The policy may change over time to accommodate changes in policy, service, technology or legal requirements. Starcraft will add, change, or remove portions of this policy when appropriate. If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy Statement, Starcraft will post those changes on the Starcraft.ca website, and the “Last Edited” date on the Policy Statement shall be updated accordingly. If Starcraft were to change its information practices or this Privacy Policy in such a way that your personal information may be used or shared in a different manner, Starcraft will give you the opportunity to consent or opt out of having your information used or shared in the new manner.
Management of Visitor Information
Except with respect to information automatically collected concerning a user’s online use as indicated in this Policy, Starcraft.ca collects personal information from users on a voluntary basis only. Starcraft shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the site to determine compliance with this Policy Statement, the Website Terms & Conditions and any other operating roles established by Starcraft.
